「Would definitely stay again! Very reasonable rates. Well stocked kitchen with a coffee bar! 2 main bedrooms very comfortable. The third bedroom not as comfy appropriate for only kids due to the interior window. Bathtubs could use some updating and wished there was more privacy in the backyard. Otherwise a great stay with host quick to answer any questions.」

「The driveway, walkway and porch could have used a good sweeping/cleaning!The rooms were very clean and neat. The house has a rather "musty" smell. The garage (which you have to go through), and back deck needed sweeping/cleaning. The yard, both front and back needed some real tending to....Personal taste--don't like plastic dishes !No icemaker !For the price and last minute booking it was okay. Thanks」

「This house was just perfect!! It had everything you could need and was spotless!! Definitely will return!!」

「The cabin was very cute and clean. The master bedroom was updated and the bed was very comfortable. This unit is right next to the shared laundry room with three other units. And had its own private deck for grilling. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a toaster and coffee pot. The WiFi and tv streaming worked great. The host gave us details related to close beaches and restaurants that were minutes away. The host was very responsive and made sure we checked in ok since we...

「The house was very clean and the location was beautiful. Many things to do around the area. Check-in was very simple and the owner communicated very well. 」

「Great Lake home and well equipped!! Communication was awesome with the host! Very enjoyable place to stay and spacious. Would definitely rent again!!!」

「We stayed here in June and the location and property were great! The host was quick to communicate. The property was clean and the house was fully stocked - we’ve never seen a house so stocked for its guests! We appreciated that so much! The only thing we noticed was the pictures portray a much larger yard and since the photos were taken, the neighbor has put up a fence which makes this yard much much smaller than it appears. The photos need updating as the patio set up and areas around the...

「We loved the bed and shower, fenced in dog area, and hammocks! Very clean and adorable, great location, we had no issues!」

「House was super cute on the inside. Location to beach and restaurants was convenient. Maintenance on the outside was needed. Overgrown shrubs and unkempt flower beds were the first impression as well as the property needed mowed. Owner was quick to respond to messages but only referred me to the property listing when I asked about check in times. Multiple requests were made to have an early check in/late check out due to just being there for a night. This was unable to be honored. Dirty...

「Kate was sooooo nice and the experience was super unique and a one of a kind, thank you for having us and for making the check in process super easy.., we definitely want to stay again when we come back.」

「Great location. Big enough to have whole family together」

「As described, great country rural hotel alternative! Chickens greet you at the door!」

「Wonderful property for a Lake Michigan beach vacation. The house was perfect and the description of the property was spot on. The location was very convenient … a short walk to so many places in this little town, such as the local coffee shop, grocery store and restaurants. Just wished I would have brought my mtb bike because there are so many trails in West Michigan, even in Berrien Springs. Will definitely return.」

「Clean, comfortable, and cute. We didn't explore the town at all. We were in and out for a wedding, but it fit the bill perfectly.」

「Enjoyed our stay on Lyon St. Easy drive to all the hot spots a family will want to visit--the beach, playgrounds, splash pad, and downtown for ice cream. They had what we needed to grill out some hamburgers and enjoy meals at the house. It was also nice to start a fire outback our first night and roast marshmallows. The shed had a great wagon and chairs for the beach. The games and video games were a hit with our boys (8 and 2). The hosts was responsive via messenger when we couldn't figure out...

「Spacious and exceptionally clean, family friendly property! Hosts have provided a comprehensive rental experience, with everything you could possibly need. The game room and bikes were a huge hit with my 3 boys. Would have loved to stay longer and would return!」

「Clean house, well equiped, very quiet location, easy access to fishing, caught mostly bluegills and a bass. Comfortable stay for 4 people. We did not have a pet but dogs are welcome. 」
