Central location, hidden charges for cleaning that
The apartment was central for everything we were there to visit. The one thing that let this apartment down, was no cleaning was done, had to message to ask them to put clean towels (as last guests wet towels lying on couch) and clean bedding only to get home and find they had took an additional £35 for cleaning, shocking. In there booklet it states they charge for cleaning for 9 days stay or more, we were only there for 2 nights, floors hadn't been mopped etc other than that issue our stay was OK

London holiday
All amazing except from the noise from the flat above. Very convenient to travel to London.

Would avoid
Noisy neighbors stomping on stairs and in the flat above all night, stale smelling, uncomfortable cheap furniture. Wifi was good though. Just not good and all in all a little strange and really disappointing from start to finish (even the check in process as mentioned previously is a little weird) - after a terrible night's sleep we decided to stay somewhere else foregoing our second night - it was that bad. The owners have been unresponsive to our comments to them.

Nice accommodation close to transport.
Everything was nice, cleaned and working. Trains, shops and High Street in walking distance (max 10 minutes).

Passing through
The house was clean and cozy but the communication with the letting agency was difficult. We asked them to email us since we weren't from the UK and calling would be difficult and expensive. Instead of working with us, they called us 4 times (which charged international calling fees) to tell us the same thing about meeting someone for a key. Then we had to wait 30 minutes on location for that person to show up. It was incredibly inconvenient and annoying.
