"First time on VRBO, but experienced renter. Positives: the view, the check-in process and owner communication all were as good as you could ask for. Needs work: General cleanliness - the blue chairs in around the kitchen table were stained to the point people avoided sitting in them. The exterior desperately needs a pressure wash. Master bedroom - great view and a recent update, but the bed literally broke when I sat on it and there is nothing else in the room - no end tables, no luggage...
