「Was a wonderful getaway with my family. Plenty of space for everyone, indoor and out. We especially loved the lower level game room, lots of fun for all ages. The deck was a nice gathering spot, we saw a mama turkey and her babies. Was nice to be able to prepare meals together without getting in eachothers way.There is a no shoes in the house policy, I would suggest bringing some comfy slippers as most of the house is tile.」

「Positives-tidy, large gathering area, games, good shower, dishwasher, ample blankets etc. Opportunities- more rustic and 60’s cabin than anticipated, upstairs has very low ceilings, having heat turned up upon arrival and timely responses from host would have been appreciated.」

「Starting with positives, communication was excellent, very helpful, easy to work with and fixed all issues in a timely manner! Reasons i will choose other places over this home: had to fill out rental agreement and give large deposit which i find most properties don't require and ties up money for a couple months, not a huge deal but an inconvenience. Upstairs bathroom had a horrible septic smell that I'm sure they will take care of as they seem like good owners. The thing that bothered me...

Great location for the festivities we were attending at Shawano County Park Pavillion (>5min drive). Less than 10 min drive to downtown Shawano for the farmer's market on Saturday AM. 「A group of retired coworkers enjoyed great laughs, great food and conversation at this comfortable log lodge. We each had a private bedroom and plenty of space for ourselves as well as group space to reconnect. The host was responsive to prearrival inquiries and was very friendly and helpful. The accomodations were clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. 」
