"I must say we had a couple of hiccups at the start of our vacation but Tamara was quickly on it and got things fixed right away. She cares about her renters and wants them to be completely happy. She has great communication. The condo was perfect location. Just a short walk over the dune to the beach. Perfect size for our family of four. Good food close by. "This was just a great place to stay! Very convenient (and walkable) to lots of places to eat. Rooms were clean and simple and perfect. The whole property was clean and well kept. The staff we met, Billy and Braedon, were very friendly and helpful and provided us with loads of information—guiding us to come back!! The other staff in the office were super friendly and helpful too. We are so glad life afforded us to come to Avon and stay at the Avon Motel!! "
