「The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV....

「Front desk was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and cabin was clean and quiet. The convenience of the shuttle to Carowinds was smooth and fantastic to and from the park. Will definitely be staying again.」

「Well kept and staff is polite. Parking can be a little confusing but not a crazy issue. Stay was wonderful. 」

「We had a great time and loved our vacation. Great communication & clean place. The beach was great for the dogs to go in & out of the water with ease. Our one dog would have just stayed in the water the entire time if we let him. Something to want to note are: 1. The beach has a TON of shells on the beach for my old feet, I had to wear water shoes, it is crazy how many shells were there. We didnt expect that at all. Our kids loved looking and going through them; 2. the beach is not 100% private,...

「I had an awesome time in cabin #4! I enjoyed the gorgeous view of the lake and had fun paddleboarding from the marina steps away. Although I was in the water with a snake swimming close by, I felt safe with many visitors nearby. The staff on property were friendly and helpful. The Friday night movie was a lot of fun and the firepit felt cozy and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 」

「It was a very nice small cabin. The view was beautiful, with nature all around. It is a little bit of a hike down to the beach area, but it is worth it. We would go back again.」

「The places was very cozy and just perfect for our quick getaway. Clean and very pretty.」

「The houses are cute. 5 people could fit in 1 cabin Nice sundeck to watch boats go by Hammocks in the shade near the beach. Fire ring but chairs are limited Beach area Corn hole(but bring your own bags) 」

「The location on the lake was nice. Our cabin was cute, we had some issues with water pressure/hot water availability.」

「Was not happy with check in as we had asked for early check in if possible. We received a call around noon and was told the cabin would be ready for us at 2. When we got there they were still cleaning the cabin and told us it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before we could get in. Not pleased with the overall. 」
