"The edges and corners of the floor in the bathroom were dirty. There also was a dark, wet stain on the carpet in the bedroom. The towels were clean and the beds were clean."

"Check in/out was easy. The location was right on the end of a channel off the lake and easy to get to. The dock was convenient for the boat we rented. All 4 rooms had good beds and linens. Washer/dryer were very nice to have."
