Golf Retreat

The property manager was outstanding, she communicated with me in a professional and courteous fashion. The house was perfect for our group size.

Worst place to stay

First of all, we booked this place because we were a group of families with small children and we wanted a place with swimming pool and a large indoor space. When my friends reached there, they asked my friends to stay at a different place and later on asked to move to this house, when were all settled in. We waited for hours to check in. After checking into this place,there’s no tv, no WiFi and there’s problem with shower. This place needs a major renovation. I tried to contact the host, but they never responded. We travelled for 5 hours to stay in a place with nothing.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

This place was not as shown in pic or as the listing says. First not a 5 full bath it is a 3 bath with 2 half bath if that is what you would call them. No useable swimming pool 32 acres maybe but with 4 other houses in it you could not tell. The building in back of this house has someone living in it. There is a old hot tub sitting in back of the house by the swimming pool. The swimming pool is about 8' in diameter. And 3.5 ' high. You know a kids pool for your yard. The bathrooms upstairs have no curtains at all. Bedroom #7 is just a box spring and mattress on the floor. Bedroom #4 has a full bed and bunk beds that I would not let any child use. Water pressure was not good at all in bathrooms The bathroom on the first floor by the kitchen you could smell sewage. The kitchen size was nice but dishes were not clean so we had to wash them all before we could use them. I called VRBO to report everything that was wrong with this place was told that they would have to do investigation into it. I asked to be placed in a different house in the same area so we could still enjoy bike week in near by Gettysburg. I was told that they would get back to me right a way and that this was a priority matter that we were to stay at the house until it was taken care of. NO one got back to me about this. Not vrbo Not the house owner So yes we stayed there for the weekend. We did not go to Gettysburg we all stayed right at the house waiting on someone to call us back.
