“Clean rooms and helpful staff.”

“The room was very clean. There was very little conditioner left in the shower. I let staff know and he said he would let staff know. He appreciated me telling. Breakfast food and coffee were full and staff kept the tables and chairs clean and orderly. I would stay here again.”

“When I first got there there was no one at the front desk, I ring the bell and no one. A sign says to pick up the lobby phone. Finally someone comes and I get checked in. I go to my room and it’s dirty. My socks were stained black and I was only there one night. The sheets had various stains on them which was concerning. Also, the curtains were riddled with holes and stains somehow. I didn’t expect much but at least standard hygiene practices to be met. On top of all that the walls are paper……

“We didn’t have enough towels or linens in our room so we needed to call to receive them. They were helpful and fast to get us what we needed. Nice pet friendly venue. Didn’t clarify the $7 per night parking fee when we checked in which was surprising to see for a hotel in Morgantown. Good room size, and kitchen was stocked with necessary items. Liked the full fridge. Couldn’t locate an ice machine on our floor - not clearly marked.”

We always look forward to a swim in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub after driving 10+ hours. “Megan at the front desk was very welcoming; she looked up my name and found out I had a rewards number, which I had completely forgotten I had, and she said that as members we could do an early check in; she looked for a room that was ready and gave me a card with the rewards number for me to have it for future uses.
