Although the room itself was nice it was very dusty as if it had been cleaned a month ago and not used since. During my 3 night stay housekeeping never came even when requested. Train Caboose w/ Upscale Amenities Minutes to Waynesville & Asheville
Great spot for a couple or a small family with a little kid (especially a train-obsessed toddler!). Fantastic location with easy access to Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pisgah Forest, Waynesville, and Asheville. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great rental!!

The majority of reviews for this hotel were great, but I stayed in a king suite and it just felt dark, musty and smelled really bad- will not be a return guest
