"Communication with owner was slow and frustrating. Room was lacking the very most basic of amenities. No TV in the room or anywhere in the house, no soap in the bathroom except a commercial hand soap dispenser at the sink and an ancient bottle of VO5 shampoo. Bed was awful. No coffee at the Keurig. Couldn’t wait to leave."

"Convenient. Walkable. Not Like: given poor/wrong directions to room, were not given name or room number, therefore, unable to get into room. No phone number of manager provided. Had to get a phone number from another guest. Had to wait to get a response after many calls and email to manager. No towels in room. Check-in was a bad experience."

"The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick.
