「Great communication with the hosts. Room on the 1st floor was just right for 2 people. We were there for a week so having a mini fridge was helpful. The little lounge at the entrance had a coffeemaker, microwave and water/ice dispenser, which we and many guests used. Bathroom was small but not a big deal. Lots of parking outside the house. Overall a great stay - we will definitely be back.」

「A perfect spot for a romantic getaway! One block from the beach, walking distance to great spots in Asbury, perfect location for long walks on the boardwalk. The B&B was clean, offered great wifi, clean towels, coffee and a microwave, easy check in, and the host was prompt in their responses to inquiries. We had such a great time we asked to extend our stay and they were more than gracious to accommodate. Thank you Melrose! Well be back!」

「The apartment was clean, a little small for 3 adults but a great location. Close to beach to Main street in Ocean Grove and to great restaurants in Asbury Park.We liked the outdoor deck seating area on 2nd floor as well .」

「Overall you cant beat the location and the check in process was very easy with lots of active communication. But after we left I went back into the listing and noticed it is a bit misleading.....The photos are pretty outdated, the place is nice buts its worn. The listing mentions a few amenties but did not see any of the following: dishwasher (or dish rack), washer, dryer, balcony, garden. Very few cups. 「We were fortunate to stay at the St. Laurent for one night only but experienced there wonderful luncheon and their restaurant heirloom. The rooms were well equipped very clean, comfortable mattresses copious shower met all of our needs. Finding a parking spot was a little challenging, but we managed.」
