“I pre paid for a queen room the fellow who checked us in said oh I upgraded you to a queen which i thought strange didn't show us to the room or direct us and when we get there it's a double bed. We came from home where we have a king bed I am not a small woman and a double bed meant we had 2 uncomfortable nights. “Parking was simple and secure; the suite was spotlessly clean; staff was most helpful and caring - quite approachable for any questions. The suite was beautifully cooled to enter and efficient for the stay. We would return to stay at this establishment at any time in Gunnedah. We were there twice over Easter. ”
