“My only complaint is that i didn’t see the emails with the door code, so when i went there, i knocked on the door and waited a bit - no one was at the property. Then for some reason i checked my email while i was waiting and saw the note with the code. It’s not a big deal, but confusing

I stayed here for two nights with my son. From the moment we walked in, the hallways had a strong smell of mildew mixed with cigarette smoke, which wasn’t a great first impression.
Our first room was in very poor condition, and the toilet was broken. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk had no problem switching us to another room, and I appreciated how quickly they handled it. The second room was definitely better and looked like it had been partially renovated, but the TV didn’t……

“Checking in took about 25 minutes because they couldn't initially find the second room reservation.
The breakfast was underwhelming. The shower water was too hot even on the cold setting.
Overall still a good place to stay though.”
