「Great place for us. Had car trouble and needed a place for a few nights. Staff was understanding and helpful. 」

「We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance.」

「The room was great for an extended stay. We got there early and the room wasn't ready... no big deal but I don't think the cleaning crew was informed we left to give more time for cleaning and left without finishing, and not leaving some important things... toilet paper... had to request that... staff was probably wondering what we were using it for! But anything that we requested to help with our stay they tried to accommodate... would definitely stay again.」

「Super wonderful staff, easy check in, good pick up spot for the concert, good location, fantastic head cleaning/room service lady. Didn't have breakfast there, but had a good set up for that. 」

「Ms Lisa was the most helpful as it was a full on Monday. Whatever could go wrong was going wrong, but she had the greatest attitude.」

「I stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came. When I asked at the front desk the lady told me they only come every few days when you stay for an extended time. At the very least house keeping can come take out the trash and restock the in room coffee. The room trash cans are so small you put one leftover container in the trash and it’s full. Breakfast had such a small selection and it was the same items every time. The staff was friendly though. 」
