"Our stay at the Rancho Caymus was nothing short of amazing. From the welcoming staff, to the absolutely charming suite and great location in the heart of Napa, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. This was our first stay in Napa and the staff had excellent suggestions and pinpoint directions. The breakfast is fantastic and you MUST have the English muffins. We would gladly stay here again when we return to Napa."

"Above all factors that make a great hotel stay, it was by far the staff that elevated our experience. We appreciated how personable and fun each staff member was, and how they all seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. We sew many team members seamlessly filling in for one another when needed. It was such apparent team work and truly impressed us. We also very much recommend the in-room spa services. We had a couples massage and the whole process from booking, to the valet setting up, to the massages themselves, was excellent. A couple things that could be tweaked: the gym is outdoors (covered tent structure) and small, so not ideal for a solid workout if that’s important to you. The concierge was helpful for local info, but we got different answers from them vs. when we called one of the places we wanted to visit"

"We loved our room (Spring Mountain)! It had a great view of the mountains and vineyards. It was very spacious with a large bathroom. The bathroom had a large tub perfect for soaking and relaxing with a tray for your phone, iPad and favorite beverage. The room was equipped with a fireplace, refrigerator stocked with water and sodas, a Nespresso machine, wine (red and white), and automatic window shades. The room had a spacious balcony with furniture to chill. The hotel property was immaculate. We walked every evening down a public vineyard road. The Barn lounge is THE BEST! It has music, games, snacks, sodas, couches to relax on, guitars and much more to keep you entertained. The best part was being able to open the large barn door to the backyard like setting which was beautiful. The backyard had lots of perfectly manicured grass and bushes with patio furniture near a waterfall to enjoy the evening. I highly recommend this place for a great couples getaway!"

"All would be great but being woken before 5 am by hot air balloons & rowdy riders just behind my window in the back parking was not my idea of vacation. This should be noted. I would have reserved my son's room somewhere else. Cute concept. Missed the bakery too"
