「We stayed stayed there for three nights and skied at saddleback. Easy ride to the mountain, town and the grocery store. It was a cozy cabin with everything you needed. It had a great porch with a nice of view of the lake. Will be coming back.」

「We had such an incredible time staying at the main cabin. The place was very clean, and the views WOW!! The cabin is surrounded by water in two sides and has a great sandy beach. The water was too low this time of the year to dock the boat, but was able to pull up on the beach easily. Boat launch is just down the road a little over a mile. One of the 2 lofts is large like a bedroom, but the ladders to the lofts are straight up and difficult to climb. There is electricity and tv, but no water and the bathroom is not finished but there is a port a potty outside that is completely disgusting. There were no working smoke detectors, even with a wood burning stove in the cabin. There were no CO2 detectors and the furnace filter was neglected and dirty. An outlet exposed without a cover and there was some type of leak in the bathroom that caused the floor to be moist/wet. The listing stated they have WiFi, but the DSL was not operational. 「My partner and I stayed for a snowy weekend away and it was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do the view nor the coziness of the cabin justice, we could not have asked for a better place to stay to unwind! The place was very clean with plenty of water, kitchen supplies, and wood provided with detailed instructions for use. As we went during the winter months the road up to the cabin can be a bit dicey, but with 4-wheel drive it was definitely manageable. Brenda was a very responsive host...

「We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH.
