“Rooms are clean but for non smoking, rooms and hallways smells a lot like weed. My room had plumbing issues, shower water wouldn't drain and toilet will keep running after flushing.”

I took away one star because the TV could only get one channel, which felt like the proprietor decided he didn’t want to pay for cable for multiple rooms, he just wants to pay for one account and everyone else can watch what he’s watching.”

“ This hotel was a complete disappointment. The hotel is completely run down and the room was awful. Not very clean and Items like drawers need to be fixed. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Only reason I didn’t cancel after getting here is that I already prepaid:( Also after leaving and coming back there was barely any parking spaces due to pub parking is the same parking lot As the hotel.”

“I showed up for my reservation and they said they were completely booked. They didn’t even make reservations through hotels.com so they weren’t sure how it was made. They were under a different name than what was listed. They are OYO now. When I called hotels.com, they couldn’t even reach them because it was the wrong number listed on their site. I was told that my reservation was cancelled without a charge and they gave me a voucher for another booking. Almost a month later and I I receiving a……

“The apartment was amazing! The outdoor patio near the club house was messy and i was nervous to use the hot tub. I was disappointed because i really wanted a use the outdoors space. But otherwise it was great! ”

“This house was perfect for our family to hang out and hit Main Street in St. Charles. The house itself has an updated kitchen and bathrooms and has enough space for a big family chill and watch movies or play video games. It is within walking distance of all the attractions on Main Street and if you are up to it, the Ameristar casino.”
