This newly renovated and expanded, sunny single-floor home is an absolute charmer! It is situated on a private ¾ of an acre lot bordering conservation land. Every square inch of this cottage including all major systems was completed in 2023.

Enter through the saffron-colored front door and enjoy discovering the two bedrooms, a tiled bath with a glass-enclosed shower, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances, and quartz countertops. The dining room and main living area boast direct access to the deck and face toward the large backyard and conservation area. Some extra amenities include an HVAC system (heat and AC), an LG washer/dryer unit, a gas range (air fryer, convection, etc.), and a whole-house generator.

Conveniently located, this home is only .4 miles from Mayo Beach and The Bookstore Restaurant, .4 miles to Powers Landing Beach, only .9 miles from the center of Wellfleet town, 1.8 miles from Great Island, .6 miles from Chequessett Yacht Club and Café, and 2.7 miles from Duck Harbor. Wellfleet is an “artsy” town with many galleries, shops and restaurants. Plus, it is an easy drive to Truro and Provincetown!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
