Very beautiful upscale home on Lieutenant's Island

This very special home on Lieutenant's Island. All the modern amenities. Close to the Bay the marsh watching the sunset!

Gorgeous Home

This is a beautiful home in a remote location on Lieutenant Island, but you don't feel isolated because there are other homes nearby. You are only a few miles from lovely downtown Wellfleet, plenty of restaurants, and several beaches. The home is immaculate and has everything you could need. It is tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed fires in the evening in the cozy outdoor space. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable experience.

A unique house on a unique island!

This house was SPOTLESS and had everything we needed for our stay We had a lot of contact with the rental agent which was helpful and made us feel connected! Lieutenant Island is one of the most unique places on the Cape...there were no sound of cars, just the wind in the pitch pines...The neighbors were friendly, too! I would highly recommend this place if you need peace and solitude-the cautions about the entry road being flooded are largely overstated Looking to return!

Idyllic

Couldn’t ask for more. Dwelling exquisitely appointed with more than all of the comforts of home. High ceilings and windows throughout. Country setting with wild flower gardens surrounding the property. A phone all away to Delmar properties with any questions or concerns. Spent two weeks. Would love this one floor design as my permanent home.

Good place for family gatherin

It felt like being a world away although civilization was accessible. I underestimated what was meant by the island sometimes being inaccessible during the day. The road was underwater for about 8 hours of the day. It is important to check the tide charts and to go in with the supplies you need for a 24 hour period. However, that added to the adventure and charm.The stay was in Sept and there was a significant storm. The house was cozy and a great place to ride it out.
