    Our property - ''Just Bluffing'' - is a great cottage with a fantastic unobstructed view of Wellfleet Harbor and Cape Cod Bay. Watch the boats come and go. Stroll the quiet sandy beach. Take a fifteen-minute walk along the beach over Uncle Tim's Bridge into downtown Wellfleet for the morning paper and a cup of coffee. Enjoy any of Wellfleet’s four beautiful ocean beaches, just 2 miles away! Bring along your kayak and paddle around in our beautiful protected harbor. Main floor: informal dining for 6, living room with Flat Screen, well-equipped kitchen, 2 colorfully decorated bedrooms 1 with bunk beds and the other with a full size bed. The first floor has a full bath with beadboard walls. Second floor: A new master suite with a queen bed and a full bath overlooking the Bay and Harbor; master bedroom has a private deck with 200+ degree vistas. “Just Bluffing” has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 6 people.

    Linens and towels are not provided, but can be arranged.

We had a lovely stay. As described, the location is outstanding, with a great view over the water, and easy access to the waterfront, where it is possible to walk along the beach to the walking bridge that goes into town. The bunkbeds in the third, smallest bedroom, are tight other than for kids, but the description and photos gave us a sense of that. The access to outside decks and the yard, or looking over the water, is great. We also appreciated being on a quiet road, but with ready access to everything.

Great time on the water in Wellfleet!

We had such a great time at Mike’s place in Wellfleet. The location and beach were phenomenal, we enjoyed walking into town along the beach and catching sunsets directly from the place. Will definitely come back!

We reserved last minute it was a spontaneous getaway. We’ve never been to Wellfleet it is a great town. House is in a good location across from the pier lovely sunrises and sunsets. Easy check-in process and responsive hosts. Thank you Mike and Kathy!

Amazing water views especially from the master bedroom upstairs. This part of the cape has beautiful majestic blue water and sand dune filled beaches and terrific restaurants (visit the beach comber, 5 min away!) The house was comfortable and we were able to relax and enjoy cooking in and eating on the outdoor deck. The bayside beach behind the yard is quiet and easy to get to via a path beside the house.

Great stay on the Cape!

Super fun stay in wellfleet is Mike’s home, he was super accommodating to our dogs. The house has a gorgeous view, and plenty of beds for larger groups. Will definitely come back!

Perfect cottage

“Just Bluffing” great VIBE!

If you love the cape, Just Bluffing is in an exceptional location for everything Cape Cod offers. The property has exceptional views, a path to town(20 min walk/max) cozy atmosphere, and beach access. The location offers fishing, shelling, exploring, and relaxation. We would highly recomnend and would love to return soon!

Worked well

The property overall worked well for us! Definitely a small property more well suited to a family with small kids rather than 6 adults. The location worked well for us and the property had a beautiful view. The bunk bed room is pretty small but would work for young kids.

Great location

We had a great stay at Just Bluffing. The proximity to other towns on the Cape was great, the view was fantastic, quick access to Wellfleet by car or a quick walk. The house was just as described and very charming. Beach access was easy, we used the chairs provided by the owner for our morning coffee on the beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location with great views

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Quiet, clean, fully equipped, with direct access to small beach & water … owner was very attentive checking in with us to see how things were. Our dog loved the private beach area, the calm water plus trails nearby. Her first time for alll of it - her tail wagged nonstop. The sunsets really were stunning!

It's a functional beachy, pet friendly property right on Wellfleet bay harbor. Great views and opportunity to watch the ebb and flow of the tide. Tons of wildlife to watch for - seals, a minke whale, herons, buzzards, kingfishers, osprey for starters. Great walk along the beach path into town. Owner super responsive (use text).

Percent vacation ! The property owner was there when we arrived to show us around , and to help us settle in ! The location was perfect for us and our dogs as there's a great walking path just off the beach . Can't wait to return. Thank you

Adorable home on the beach

This is a great home, set on the beach and in a nice area. We enjoyed walking on the beach, everyone was so friendly to us. My dog, a golden had the time of his life swimming! The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Mike!

Great Vacation House

Our need was for a two bedroom house. This property was perfect. The location was on Wellfleet Bay with wonderful views of sunsets and with sea breezes that were relaxing. The property is well suited to spending time outside on decks and porches. We were comfortable at all times and enjoyed the wine and beer the owner provided for the guests on arrival.
