"Very clean but small studio in a safe neighborhood very close to Wellington Equestrian Center and dining options. Apt has a separate entrance. Motion detector activated lights helps for entry after dark. Ample bedroom with desk, sofa. Large TV with basic cable. Coffee nook and half fridge. No kitchen or appliances other than Keurig. If you want to eat anything bring your own plates, cups and utensils. Quiet other than occasional barks from the homeowner’s dog - but if you close the door to the coffee nook you can’t hear the dog. OK bath with tub/shower and good water pressure. "
