「This was a perfect stay! The space was clean and comfy. The courtyard/flowers/plants were magical, and the location couldn’t be beat. I attended a conference at Colorado State University and it was super close. Wish I could have stayed longer!」

「The specific unit rented was welcoming to pets with a separate direct access to a fenced area that included a grill and seating. 1.5 bathrooms, shower only. Hotplate only, no oven, but does have microwave and toaster oven although we couldn't get the toaster oven to work. Both a small freezer/fridge and separate mini drink fridge. 「The stay was amazing, the only downfall was the WiFi isn’t the best. So if you are planning on doing some internet things while you are there maybe keep that in mind. Also no AC, didn’t matter for us because it was cool at night. Very clean very neat property! 」
