“Very nice boutique hotel located in a quiet area of Montclair. The staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile to be helpful (I have left behind an AirPod - they found it and shipped it to my home). The design makes the place one-of-a-kind. The whole property is clean and well-maintained. I gave it an overall 4 stars because of a few small things that, in my view, the management should address to make the customer experience truly remarkable: the bathroom door in our room (Martha) is in bad……

“We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel in downtown Montclair. the location was excellent, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel restaurant was convenient, and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast there. The food was fresh, well prepared and good quality. The parking was very expensive. We were able to find some street parkings.”

“We first checked in. Everything was fine until we tried to open the door with the card keys that didn't work went up-and-down the long hallways 3 times to the front desk and finally got in. The next morning got locked out again. Had to get the made to do a trick to open up the door. it's just ridiculous tgat they don't fix them.And then in the morning ordering breakfast from the kitchen in the lobby and was treated rudely and the young girl with the dyed grey hair was not nice to us at all. “I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the property felt more like a run-down motel than a hotel. The microwave in the room was dirty, and I would not feel comfortable using it to heat food. The coffee maker was also filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned properly. The advertised free breakfast was extremely limited. Instead of a typical breakfast, the only options available were yogurt and an apple. Considering the nightly rate of around $350, the……

“Our room was brand new and very nice. But the toilet was not working, had maintenance come to repair twice. Had to use the lobby restrooms for our stay. The hotel is under construction and the lobby and elevators are a mess and only one was working. The construction trucks, woke us up at 5am.”
