「If you are concerned about elevators working, this is not the place for you. I called beforehand to ask about the issue, and they explained it goes in and out. The room was comfortable, the shower was not completely clean there was hair from the past guest in the shower. Didn’t have the breakfast so not sure about that. Overall it was not terrible service was friendly.」

「Room was clean. Everything looked fine. The shower took forever to get hot water, but it did eventually. The front desk manager was extremely rude when there was a disagreement or misunderstanding. They wanted to charge me twice even though the payment went through the first time. And just because it didn’t show up on their end, they kept trying to turn me away from my booking and suggest I come back the next day, which is crazy considering I had already booked AND PAYED for the upcoming 2...

「It’s a cute home, and the location worked out perfect for us. It was easy check-in and check-out. The washer was broken, so we weren’t able to wash clothes there even on a longer stay. The master bedroom mattress is very firm, so if that’s your preference it’s a good place to stay. It has a cute kitchen, but for our family, there was doable, but fairly minimal utensils and bowls. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and another bonus was the host was very responsive!」

「Room was not clean. Beds are terrible. Bedding was dirty. Expedia booked me for the wrong room to begin with and not what I requested. I would not pay $150 for this hotel again. Breakfast was just okay.」

「Very clean and updated room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was one of the better I've had from most other hotels. Didn't quite agree with having to pay for parking at the location considering the price that is paid for the stay. Wasn't expensive, but something like that should be comped.」
