"Me and my husband booked a 4 night stay mon - fri. The cottage was easy to find and accessible. The car Port is right opposite the cottage (but remember there is height restrictions).Inside the cottage was clean and homely, very well equipped. The shower was lovely and hot, bed very comfortable. Overall a lovely cottage and would recommend it. It’s a very short walk to the harbour where you’ll find all the shops and eateries. Great for crabbing. There is a female fisherman and sells her produce to the general public you just need to message her on Instagram. Her details are on a plack on the railings in front of the boats on the quay side. We got 2 good size lobsters which we cooked that night whilst still fresh and were delicious. Also whilst out and about in the car going towards Salthouse there are several houses that sell fresh mussels another great meal we had with those and also delicious. There is also a pub called the dun cow at salthouse and serve delicious food. Would strongly recommend. The Edinburgh pub in wells is also good for drinks and food and very affordable. Overall we had a lovely week eating, drinking, walking and meeting some lovely people. Lovely walks, the dogs were glad to be back home for a rest!!! We will definitely be returning next year."

"Beautiful cottage, great location for town but tucked away on a peaceful side street. Very well equipped kitchen with a huge range cooker, kitchen staples well stocked. Comfortable beds and lounge furniture very comfortable. Loved the library/ reading area. This really is a stunning place."
