Top Wellston Hotel Reviews

Manistee National Golf and Resort

10/10 Excellent

"We had a pleasant stay at Manistee National Golf & Resort. The hotel was clean and inviting, although some areas felt dated—particularly the carpeting, which could use an update. The beds weren’t especially comfortable for me, but mattress comfort is a personal preference. The hot tub was a highlight. Even with the jets running, the water remained clean, and the area appeared well maintained. It was nice to relax in a space that had clearly been cared for. Breakfast offered a good selection of cold items, but waffles were the only hot option. A warm protein option, such as eggs or sausage, or even oatmeal would have been a welcome addition. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. Updated carpeting, more comfortable beds, and a little more breakfast variety would make the stay even better."

Modern Forest Chalet • Sleeps 6 • Starlink • Rivers & Caberfae • Pet-Friendly

10/10 Excellent

"Been coming from Ohio for 30 years and finally someone got smart and built these...They have done a wonderful job. Please respect their property so others can enjoy it as much as our family did. Thanks Tammy!"

Lake Michigan Vacation Rental in Manistee - Private Beach, Hot Tub, Sleeps 14+

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful property and home, and the hosts thought of everything! Everything was lovely and we appreciated the kids’ dishes and toys. Gorgeous setting with a perfect view of the lake. 90 steps down via a shared staircase, but worth it for the great beach glass we found. Note that there are only 4 bedrooms though. The bunks are in an open space without privacy in the basement."

A-Frame Adventure Basecamp • Sleeps 6 •Snowmobile/ORV Trails•Starlink•Near Tippy

10/10 Excellent

"The perfect space for a quiet getaway. Super close to so many trails if you love to hike and only 20 minutes into downtown Manistee. The amenities were superb and the price was great for all that’s provided during your stay."
