"Die Wohnung ist ein Kleinod in einer sehr schönen Altstadt in Österreich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ging schnell und unkompliziert und war freundschaftlich herzlich. Die Tipps rund um Steyr waren viel Wert und aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage (man kann alles zu Fuss unternehmen), ist es für Menschen welche Cafés, gutes Essen in einer schönen Kulisse mögen der perfekte Aussichtspunkt. Jederzeit kann ich diese Wohnung und auch die Lage mehr als empfehlen."

"Wir waren begeistert von diesem wundervollen eingerichteten Apartment mit Terrasse, sauber, komfortabel. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Badeteich ist sehr schön angelegt mit Blick auf die Berge. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude, es gibt eine riesige Spielwiese und die Hoftiere machten den Urlaub perfekt. Lieben Dank an unsere Vermieter Katrin und Andreas, sie waren wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und lieb. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"The apartment is bright, open and airy with an amazing view of the lake - the wrap around balcony gives plenty of options being outdoors too. "We stayed at Haus Lehner im Wald for a nearby family wedding. The property was very well looked after and clean with everything we needed. A beautiful setting and a perfect base for exploring the local area and lakes. There are shops and supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. Our first summer evening was spent eating in the courtyard sampling the local food, cider and schnapps. Very peaceful and away from it all."

"Be very mindful that it’s a self check-in property. Before living there, be sure to contact them for an online check in link or you’ll have to wait at the front door. "We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz."

"Hallo :) Uns hat es am Wochenende im allgemeinen gefallen. Jedoch fanden wir die Gläser / Besteck etwas dreckig, da es immer Milichig aussah, evtl spült die Maschine nicht richtig. Gestört hat uns noch, dass es nicht überall Rolladen gab und man das WC und Klo nicht abschließen konnte, das hat uns etwas unwohl fühlen lassen. Da wir viel unternommen haben, hat es gepasst für uns. Ein längerer Aufenthalt dort nur in dem Haus könnten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Franziska...

"Die Lage der "Residenz" wird nicht korrekt angegeben. Zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie hat man morgens ab 5:30 mit starkem Berufsverkehr zu tun und hinter dem Haus verläuft sehr nah eine Bahnlinie, auf der durchschnittlich alle ½ Stunde ein Nahverkehrszug fährt. Beides ist trotz Lärmschutzfenster deutlich zu hören und kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stark ausbaufähig und bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen müsse 2 auf Feldbetten schlafen, was nicht sehr bequem ist. Auch...
