Fabulous setting

Great base to go and explore. The views are stunning. Our bungalow had everything you need and is home from home. The little dog park/field is brilliant. Can’t fault this place and would go again. The hot tub was very welcome every evening

Lovely stay here we came for my daughter's birthday.

Lovely stay here we came for my daughter's birthday. Lovely views, cottage itself was nice and had everything you needed and Mike was lovely. However it could do with a little pick me up there were a few things that had wear and tear and the beds weren't the best but these are my only issues overall very nice would definitely consider going back.

Fantastic Views To Welshpool

Stayed for 5 nights. Fantastic Views down the valley to Welshpool. Access via farm track through sheep field. Lodge very well laid out on one floor. Perfect secure dog area out the front of the property. Mike the owner was so quick to sort out a problem with the WiFi problem

Lovely cottage with fantastic view.

Lovely cottage with fantastic view. Love the fact it was out of the way in a quiet rural location. 5 min drive to local supermarkets. Liked the fact of the decking around the front as we had 2 dogs with us so secure whilst we where on the decking and jn the hot tub. And a dog walking/off lead run area just across the driveway. Approachable owners. Thanks for the milk and welsh cakes on arrival.

Great location and accommodation but misleading property photo

Loved the property itself, very clean, perfect for our little family of 4 with a dog, loved the hot tub facility and location. However the photo doesn't show the fact the property is right next door to Edderton Hall. During our stay there was a large family staying at Edderton Hall which meant there were cars constantly up and down the drive way or parked in front of our house ruining our lovely view. This, coupled with the fact they ate outside for their meals, meant we felt our privacy was compromised. In and out of the hot tub in front of others you do not know is not something I felt comfortable with. Disappointing this is not made clearer on the description.

We had a fantastic break.

We had a fantastic break. The cottage is situated on farmland with glorious views. The owners were laid back & left us to it. The whole break was very relaxed. Cottage had everything required & more to make the stay comfortable. Very clean & well maintained. Hot tub very large with fantastic views while you relax in it. The owners have a pair of well trained, friendly dogs & there were sheep on the track to the property & ponies is the adjacent field. I would happily recommend this place to anyone. Supermarkets & shops less than 5 minutes away via good roads. Overall a beautiful place, great for kids, dogs, the lot. Would highly recommend the light railway nearby for a nice afternoon out.
