"Was told I couldn’t check in until 3, which caused a line up when the time came, with only one employee working, even though the other employee was still there.They were apparently done with their shift but were overhead telling a customer in line that she could’ve checked her in earlier if she had come back sooner, which sent a mixed message to the rest of us. We weren’t told about the breakfast the next morning, perhaps because the employee was trying to check people in quickly. The room itself was fine, although the toilet seemed really low to the ground, and I’m not tall. The parking lot was a bit littered and all garbage cans were overflowing."
