Quiet, centrally located holiday home with modern facilities

The holiday home is a beautiful property (non-smoking apartment) in the Wendisch-Rietz holiday region.

All parts of the building have been renovated in the last few years! We are very pleased that we have managed to create a beautifully coordinated unity between comfort and modernity.

A swimming pool, a barbecue area and a sauna contribute to a relaxing stay.
If you feel like doing sport, you can use a table tennis table or jog, cycle, walk, or collect mushrooms depending on the year. In the Wendisch-Rietz region, of course, the numerous lakes invite you to swim, fish and do water sports.

If you are in the mood for a big city and its numerous employment opportunities, you can find it in Berlin, just 70 km away.

If you are traveling with small children, you can let them play safely in the 2000m² garden, as access to the little-used street is secured by a gate. A trampoline and a tree house offer their little ones the appropriate variety.

You are welcome to park your bicycles in the courtyard. Protected from rain, we offer you the opportunity to park your bicycles and your vehicle under our carport. You can rent bicycles directly in Wendisch-Rietz.

Description of the holiday home:

When you enter the building, you are in the kitchen entrance area, so you have short distances - whether you want to dine in the courtyard or in the cozy living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals: electric stove with integrated microwave and ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, blender .....

Next to the kitchen is the modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the rear area is the living / dining area. There is a leather-covered sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed in seconds. This creates additional sleeping space.
The room is rounded off by a spacious dining table, which can also be used for a cozy get-together outside of meal times. A large flat screen and a stereo are also available.

The bedroom is located between the kitchen and living area.
Here you will find a good night's sleep in a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m).

The optimal occupancy is designed for 2 adults plus 2 people if you use the sofa bed, which can be pulled out into a double bed.
