"Our stay got off to a bit of bad start due to some issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance on arrival. However the staff were there in minutes as soon as we reported the problems and largely resolved them quickly. So top marks for that. The main issue remaining was a strong smell of curry, which persisted for several days. We suspected either previous residents or neighbours. Apart from that we had a great stay. The apartments are in a great location, near Mirabell palace and gardens....

"Lovely place, quiet and accessible walk to town. Go across street to private area, sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. The manager was a lovely lady, very helpful. People in the town, not so much! Not engaging at all! "

"Easy after hours self check in. Breakfast was superb and had a great mountain view!!!! Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel.
