Ein netter Aufenthalt, sauber und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Leider war das angegebene Schlafsofa nur für sehr kleine Menschen oder eher Kinder geeignet. Sonst kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Im Gegenteil 👍🏼 wir kommen aufjedenfall nochmal wieder.

Das Ferienhaus war schön und die Angebote für Kinder super. Manko: Wasser im Schwimmbad (großes Becken) war kalt und die Sauna hatte Mo-Mi geschlossen, was bei einem Aufenthalt von Sonntag bis Donnerstag dazu geführt hat, dass wir gar nicht gehen konnten.

Toller Ferienpark

Toller Ferienpark, in noch tollerer Lage. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Dazugehöriger Eintritt ins Schwimmbad war super. Das Haus war sehr geräumig, hätte hier und da aber ruhig noch etwas sauberer sein können. Matratzenqualität ist verbesserungswürdig, auch die Kissen könnten ein Upgrade vertragen. Ausserdem würden wir uns wünschen, das Bettwäsche direkt in den Kosten dabei ist. Nichtsdestotrotz eine wunderbare, gepflegte Anlage mit Blick auf den Brocken. Tip Top.

Unser Erlebnis im Ferienpark war ganz angenehm, Das Haus selbst war sauber und praktisch, mit genug Platz für unsere Gruppe, Die Küche hatte alle notwendigen Utensilien, was das Kochen angenehm machte, Wir schätzten die ruhige Umgebung, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag Wandern, Die nahegelegenen Attraktionen wie die Harzer Schmalspurbahn gaben unserem Aufenthalt einen schönen Akzent, Insgesamt war es ein guter Ort für einen entspannenden Urlaub

Restaurant überforderte Mitarbeiterinen, sie wollen anscheinend keine Umsatz machen. Besonders die Brünette jüngere die, dass Hemd nicht reingesteckt trägt, bringt nur Unruhe ins Team und hat auch ein großes Mundwerk. Will man was bei ihr bestellen hat sie keine Zeit und sag ihr Kollegin kommt gleich, sie selber isst dann lieber Gummibärchen und ist einfach nur unmöglich.
