“Our adult children were with us celebrating dads birthday for a few days. The photos and other reviews are accurate in the description but it is oh so much more...it is peace, beauty, family connection, laughs, memories, discoveries, adventure, renewal and recharge. All my boxes were checked off with this stay. The space is set up for group or small conversations. The kitchen has more than enough supplies for whatever meal is on the menu...but space is limited for how many cooks. It all works……

“This is the perfect getaway! The hosts could not have been more accommodating or thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more! The cottage was very clean and well cared for. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, lakeside fires at night, beautiful sunrises in the morning and lots of time to kick back and relax. We enjoyed our stay so much, we hardly ever left the cottage except to go to dinner once and pick up a few……

“The doorbell was ripped off and there's a realtor's lock on the doorknob. The house was double booked and people that had it booked for Friday & Saturday were already there - I had it booked for Saturday night only. I was charged for the full amount & then got a partial refund, and the owner booked me for the following 2 nights after I had already driven home! After a call to VRBO, I did get a full refund and the other reservations were unauthorized and canceled. Be aware!”
