West Canberra Spa Hotel

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."

"House nice and grounds unkempt. Trees overhanging drive too narrow to use. Lawns needed mowing."

"Convenient for us and fine as accomodation, but there were no disability aids in the bathrooms (stability rails, non slip shower mats etc) for my elderly and rather unstable parents. Something you might like to make available for future clients."
