This space is perfect for entertaining and hosting family gatherings. Enjoy the sunroom and 2nd living area with vaulted ceilings, TV and stunning water views. Step onto the deck for outdoor dining and grilling, or walk to the private dock for fishing and kayaking fun. Just down the hall, discover three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plus, you'll find the washer/dryer, convenience meets comfort!

Located only .4 mile from popular West Dennis Beach, a local favorite with sandy shores and calm waters. Visit around Labor Day for the Annual Beach Party with a bonfire, live music and fireworks! Summer highlight guaranteed!

The home has stunning views of West Dennis Beach! We walked to the beach several times a day. The bedrooms fit our party of 6 comfortably. The kitchen is beautiful, and the house is very clean. Jessica was super helpful answering questions before and during our stay. The check-in process took about 5 seconds! We highly recommend this property!
