“We were here to help our daughter move. The apartment is in the same complex which was very helpful. There is plenty to do if here for vacation. The two state parks we went to were fairly close and nice. There are many stores, a mall, and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Des Moines is 20-30 minutes.”

“A trendy little industrial style 1 bedroom in the heart of Valley Junction. Just as advertised. The neighborhood is for visiting, so the lack of amenities is a non/issue. A a few board games, and enough kitchenware to cook breakfast; is plenty for what you’d want to be there for in the first place. “Nice, convenient, but perhaps not quite all glitches worked out just yet. Check in instructions should specify use of the # in front of the code, for instance. The sofa bed in the living room, especially, seems to have taken a beating at the hands or perhaps hinds of previous guests. Host is quite responsive to needs such as 3 sets of towels. I don't think there is a baking dish, save for cookie sheets, to be found in the kitchen. Even so, our stay was relatively pleasant and convenient.”
