We hosted a shower at The Venue below and the loft was the perfect spot to get organized. The kitchen had plenty of space, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils to use. Living room couch very comfortable and there was plenty of space (using kitchen chairs) to have a few family members up after the shower. 「The location of this rental is just minutes away from everything you need, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, yet it is set away from the hectic traffic. We love having this option when we visit DesMoines.」

「Nice, convenient, but perhaps not quite all glitches worked out just yet. Check in instructions should specify use of the # in front of the code, for instance. The sofa bed in the living room, especially, seems to have taken a beating at the hands or perhaps hinds of previous guests. Host is quite responsive to needs such as 3 sets of towels. I don't think there is a baking dish, save for cookie sheets, to be found in the kitchen. Even so, our stay was relatively pleasant and convenient.」

「This was a great place to stay in Des Moines. We were staying for a night for a concert and it was the perfect little apartment for us. Apartment was clean and super easy for check in. Had everything we could need and I will definitely look to stay here again for future trips to Des Moines!!」
