"Amazing place , I had the room that led to the beach, but any place that you could hear is gonna have a good view and easy access to this beach. It’s like only your own resort it’s not overcrowded."

"The separate rooms - both with king size beds - of this property were perfect for 2 couples traveling together. Caroline was great and responded in reasonable time to our questions - but we didn't need her much because everything was pretty clear. 3 air units kept the temps pleasant for sleeping and the balconies both had beautiful views (just like the photos). Beach towels were in the unit, 2 chairs were available, a JBL speaker, a cooler, and drip/French press/Nespresso coffee makers were available. The Wi-Fi upstairs was not always great but there was a desk in the living room and it worked very well downstairs the whole time. The resort pool is an extra cost (100 per person with 75 towards food/drinks). We spent most of our time off property but did hang at the resort one day and had dinner at the restaurant - it was excellent! The drive is steep - like all of Tortola - so our Jeep rental was necessary. I'm not sure how 2 cars would park there - our 4 door Jeep took up the whole spot. Maybe there is another spot somewhere? The location was great - not far to Smuggler's beach or to Cane Garden Bay or Nanny Cay. We fully recommend this unit! Thanks!"

"The pictures do NOT do this property justice at all! It has a breathtaking view, and the rooms and amenities are top-notch. There was plenty of room to spread out with a group of 8 and everyone felt like they had their own space when needed. We enjoyed most of our time floating around the infinity pool and enjoying the views. I would go there again in a heartbeat! It was also nice to be able to walk to a few places as well."

"How can we describe the past 10 days as anything but spectacular?? Our stay at Limeberry Villa was everything we hoped it would be and SO MUCH MORE!! From the time of booking through the end of our stay, our host, Jonathan, could not have been more helpful and accommodating! Limeberry Villa is exactly what you would imagine a tropical paradise to be! Each of the private bedrooms/baths were beautifully appointed, comfortable, and cool thanks to the Air Conditioning. The kitchen and outdoor grill were fantastic! Our family of nine had plenty of space to spread out and we all enjoyed the incredible sunsets from the infinity pool. In addition to being a great host, Jonathan also made a great banana bread that he delivered still warm! Thank you again Jonathan! We had an awesome time and can’t wait to return!!"
