Claims Expedia hasn’t sent them any emails and now he Won’t return phone calls and Expedia has sent multiple communications ok’ing the refund. Advise anyone thinking of staying here to rethink their plans, customer service is the absolute worst. Next stop, corporate as now my mission is to prevent as many guests from staying here as possible to save them from piss poor...

「The best thing about the hotel was it’s proximity to the Dickey’s Arena. It’s about a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk. There’s a small pool to use (which is handicapped accessible), a small gym and a decent breakfast area in the mornings. The rooms are fairly standard; nothing worth praise. Our main blanket had some weird dark stains and a small smear of dried blood so not impressed with the housekeepers attention to detail. Pretty neutral experience. There is a Dutch Bros coffee shop right...

「Upon arrival, we were not sure where the main entrance was. It was dark and frankly the entrance way looked like a “back door” type. entering our room, it had a strong odor of unknown scent but it was not pleasant. There was a huge dead roach beside the toilet. The sheets felt “wet” my daughter wouldn’t even use them, luckily she brought a travel blanket with her. Location was great for us, as we played softball on the fields directly behind the hotel」

大草原城北亞靈頓凱富全套房酒店

大草原城北亞靈頓凱富全套房酒店

10/10 優異
"The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas."
