Completely surrounded by a boat yard. People were outside revving engines and playing music until at least 2am in the parking lot. Breakfast barely offered anything

The property is in an alley behind some dilapidated buildings it felt very unsafe. The room was small , with nowhere to sit but on the bed. The security was a joke anyone could get into the room easily. They had a free breakfast listed which consisted of waffles , some bread and coffee or tea.

It appears to be a remodeled place: fixtures in my bathroom were poorly installed, floor makes the sole of your feet black so I had to buy flip flops from target. Breakfast is nothing to talk about: no protein. Only 1 waffle maker, some cereals and slices of bread. I went for breakfast only one time and chose not to waste my time. Housekeeping was good in changing beddings and removing trash. Floor not carpeted and dirty always. Noisy neighbors that made me request refund so I could leave. All in all, not a happy client.

Hookers in the lobby and parking lot. Mentally unstable combatants people in the lobby. TV service did not work in any of the rooms. Staff was helpful. Rooms themselves were clean and mostly quiet. The property evidently was paid a subsidy to house the unfortunate ones. Watched a man pee in the parking lot right next to my car in the middle of the day. The non subsidy hotel patrons seemed like normal folk. The property generally appeared to be located in a low rent district and not completely well maintained. The Included breakfast was adequate but pretty minimal in selection and quality of food. Old apples. Plain white and wheat bread for toast. Boxed cereal. They did have a juice machine and one waffles maker. I would not recommend

The Hotel is kinda hidden so I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. It is getting renovated but the hallways aren't yet. Rooms were nice but we all had problems with there beds. Just couldn't get comfy. More lights around the building would probably do a lot of good cause it gets dark

I stayed at this hotel twice in the span of a week (I am a travel nurse). The first time I stayed there was fine albeit could use a little cleaning as someone’s hair was in my shower. The second time I stayed was not good. I went to the bathroom (just to pee) and the toilet was backed up. I was leaving for work for the night and let them know that they can come in and fix it. When I got back the next morning, toilet was still backed up. I needed to sleep as I was working again that night. I let them know though afterwards and they said someone would come by. Again I go to work and come back with nothing done. Had a 3rd day of work and mentioned it AGAIN and still I came back with it still backed up. You could flush the toilet and the water gets high and then slowly goes down, but the toilet tissue stayed. Very lucky I only had to pee because it would have been bad if I had an emergency and needed that toilet.
