斯普肯西山丘酒店住宿推介

「Perfect location. Clean. Friendly. Breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend!」

「As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many...

「Room was very clean. Wasn’t able to connect to the internet without signing up with Marriot. Free internet should be available way easier. Breakfasts was pretty ok. Would prefer bacon over sausage :). Overall a good stay for the money.」

「No coffee maker in room— no tray to carry multiple coffees to room. Coffee dispenser lacking on multiple levels— what happened to one of the most important requirements in the morning of a stay?????!??!!」

「very good」

「Do not book this hotel. Disgustingly dirty room, no power cord on tv, no remote, no cord on phone. Live wires exposed in the wall, filthy air conditioner, terrible internet. Staff was useless. Nope, definitely the worst. Beware!」

「It was easy to get to and most helpful staff」

「Excellent! Clean and comfortable!」

「I had stayed at this location before, and it was nice. The breakfast was good, the usual, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, biscuits and gravy. My complaint is with the housekeeping. Had to get more toilet paper myself, and the trash cans were overflowing. On the 4th evening (after complaining every...

「The staff is absolutely amazing. The house keepers, breakfast attendents and front desk were all incredibly helpful and friendly! Only 4 stars because the beds are so hard I can't sleep and then I'm sore throughout the next day. The breakfast is definitely better than most continentals out there!」
