"Air Con too high- room was cold Front desk needs more staff @ 2pm check in time- process was very slow including pick up of bag from luggage room Also, reception staff had no knowledge (&no interest) in providing local amenities knowledge. And the “$100@ security fee is offensive! "

"The pool had a smell of raw sewerage and the sauna floor under the benches looked like it had never been cleaned. It was very disappointing."

"Two bedroom suite was very dated and the kitchen had a huge crack in the bench top marble that was sealed with putty, but not food safe. Couch was musty and decor was tired. Room was loud - outside noise and slamming doors from other rooms was disruptive. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fine too. The staff were lovely, location was excellent. Ok for a night or two but wouldn’t splurge on a suite again unless it was remodeled."

"Great stay once again, nice hotel decor, staff very friendly at check-in, but check out staff was average as didn’t ask how my stay was, etc. There was also a staff on L2 asking if I was ‘staying at the hotel’ which I find highly unusual and very mtrusive (as if to say that I not a quest and shouldn’t be there) despite me dressing in smart casual and sitting on the sofa with a laptop working! How very odd indeed. But checkin staff was super helpful and friendly (I think she’s French and she was wearing glasses I forgot to ask her name unfortunately). The other unfriendly staff were both Asians and both with glasses too). "

"Great location. Shops or food close by. Tram about 150 MTRS. Great place to stay if the price is right. comfy big bed. Microwave would have been nice.😉"
