“The PERFECT location! Extremely CLEAN and COZY condo! The host kept me informed of EVERYTHING! The host even assisted with a technical error I was having on my end when booking (user error, lol), and got us booked immediately! Quick walk to Beale Street restaurants, shops, you name it! I would definitely book here again!”

“Everything about this rental worked very well for me - it was very clean and located in a very cool building, no issues communicating with the host - had it not been I was traveling solo or on the go my whole stay it may have been a bit cramped but as it was it worked great and would definitely stay here again. ”

“Quiet little property perfect for solo or couples! Close to everything you'd want to see in Memphis.”

“Great location close to downtown Memphis, especially the St. Jude Races in December. Easy to walk to the start & finish, and to Beale Street to celebrate afterwards. Indoor garage parking was appreciated, be sure to confirm height if you have a taller vehicle. Unit itself was great, very spacious and clean. “This is a ghetto party Hotel not recommended for travelers”

“The property felt extremely safe! You couldn’t enter or leave without proper tools. I love that we had access to the garage, that added another layer of protection. The loft felt comfortable and cozy.. The decor was so cute. We also loved that we were close to everything that we wanted to do. I will be saving this stay for all my future visits to Memphis. ”

“This unit was very clean. The management was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The parking area where you pulled into the property was small and you had to back out to get to the street. There were a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. I didn’t feel threatened or anything like that. The parking lot is gated. ”

“The setup was ideal for us, Tim was always just a text away and really proactive in response to questions and providing insightful info. The only thing was it wasnt quite close enough to walk to things but maybe our stay was too brief to be sure. Everything was just a short Uber away so all in all a wonderful stay!”

“Safety/Security? Yes! Gated and plenty of cameras, all different codes, easy to use, parked in the alley and still felt safe Clean/Comfortable? Yes! Bed and pillows were amazing, bathroom and kitchen were clean, floors were clean, very impressive, just the right size and use of space, 2 of us and never felt cramped I was given all the info I needed to access the property prior to check-in, the owner emailed to check on us and made themselves available daily if needed (we didn't), the property……
