「The property was impeccably clean. New state-of-the-art appliances. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds. Great location near pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Parking right in from of the unit for two cars, and additional parking just behind is a big plusThe only drawback was that the common (living room) has limited seating. There is a nice deck with a big dining table, but that would not be ideal in cold weather.」

「Lazy Bear Lodge is a great West Shore place for summer activities; ideal for spending days at Meeks, Chambers, or heading up to float the Truckee. Kitchen had everything we needed. The front seems pretty hemmed in by the neighbors but the back of the property opens up to the woods. We got to see a bear and her two cubs roll past one evening which was exciting for the kids. At the time of our visit, there was some construction next door but I can't fault the property for that. The downstairs...

「We enjoyed the comfort of the home. Cooking dinner for a big family was a breeze in the well appointed kitchen. Back deck was very spacious.」

「The home was okay. The carpets were filthy. I would recommend putting laminate as it is much more sanitary. The living area was okay as it didn’t have carpet. The hot water heater was small so we had to space out showers but still had cold water. The beds were okay. Said they were queen but seemed smaller. The TV was hung up on someone else’s account and we couldn’t watch TV so we watched on our lap top.」
