"Great place to stay, good vibe, great staff, good for kids and adults who want to have a good time. Only thing is not being on the beach is disappointing"
"I stayed in a unit with my daughter and 10 month old granddaughter. I could not give enough praise to the staff across the complex. Nothing was too hard. Their positive attitude was outstanding. The nanny service gave us some much needed R&R and Kids Club was ideal for a young pre walking baby. The breakfast was substantial with a wide selection of dishes. Three restaurants and the deli were outstanding.
The pools were clean and uncrowned. The adult area and pool offered peace and quiet - overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend this resort."
"I could not recommend this property enough. 20/10! The staff were so friendly and really went out of their way to care about us. The pools, spa, bar, restaurants and great service truly made our expereince magical!"
"I came here solo for my 40th birthday, and the stay was wonderful. If you want to treat yourself, don’t look any further.
The food was great, I had the meal package with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. The massage was excellent too. For my birthday, I ate at Fish Bar, which is the more exclusive restaurant and unfortunately not included in the meal package, but it was absolutely worth it.
Even the infinity pool was excellent, especially with the jacuzzi. The only downside is that they don’t have a beach facing the open ocean, only the enclosed lagoon beach.
The balconies are incredibly relaxing with comfortable lounge beds, and I only had a basic room. I was pleasantly surprised that my room included a bathtub as well. They also restocked bottled water in the room every day, which was a nice touch.
Please note the hotel is away from everything so the meal package comes in handy and transfers to the city are expensive. Rental car is probably worth getting if you are trying to explore the island."
"It was an average stay, the pool was out of use during my stay without any prior communication which was a disappointment..
There was a musty nd damp mell in my room on the fourth floor. The linens and towels were clean but the room felt very tired.
The gym didn’t have towels our spray to wipe clean although there were sign up to are they were available. The equipment ws old and tired.
It was ok for somewhere to lay your head and I wished I had booked 1 night not 2. Not really value for money compared yo other hotels."
"I traveled to Nadi for 2 nights with 2 friends. Once I got to my room, I detected that mold was present because my eyes and nose began to burn. The furniture in the living room was tired-looking and not modern. What I saw online was bright & nice-looking compared to the actual room.
I asked to be moved & I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom beachfront. While asleep, I was awakened several times by the scent. I went to the reception area, & complained about the heavy mold which caused now my chest to tighten. The wonderful front desk staff gave me another room but now the scent was covered by heavy bleach & other fragrances.
One of my friends had the same problem. She has asthma & was forced to give herself multiple breathing treatments then realized she had to leave for her health.
I asked to speak to the manager & (Sherwina) told me that she went to the rooms I stayed in and they smelled normal. She also said I will not be refunded but she will be happy to put me in another room. After 3 rooms, I said no. I asked if I could be moved to the Wyndham with my friends & she agreed. The service and rooms were impeccable!
I request a refund for the 1st night because I did not get what I paid for. Sherwina told me to contact Expedia & she would be happy to refund the room. Expedia contacted her & she told them to write a letter explaining my complaint... only to tell them that she tried to solve the problem by upgrading me to a 2-bedroom beachfront & she will not refund me. I was robbed"
"The room was small but clean. The twin room was for 2 people but there was only one chair and no table. Upon raising the issue we were provided with another chair and a small table. This was helpful for eating in the room and for other purposes. I made a error by booking a small room. If you plan to stay more then a day then go for larger rooms. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again. Good location and staff were helpful. Breakfast was nice. Recommended. 👍🙂"
