「My only critique is the shower floor outside of the River room. Slippery when wet!! Once soap and shampoo hit the floor I was grateful for the grab rails.」

「There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home...

「If you're traveling and really just need a quiet, comfortable, and no fuss place to stay this is it.This place was honestly one of the most well thought-out places I have ever stayed. It was easy to check-in, clean, and the hosts communicated really well. But there were also a lot of little things that even I hadn't thought of in the room that were very convenient. They clearly put in a lot of effort to provide all the little things you may forget while traveling and I really appreciated...

「Upon arrival we noticed the room was very hot. We thought the a.c. might have been off/,room not used. We turned on the a.c. and opened the windows. It was hot throughout the night but we had an early fishing charter so we left before the sun came up. We got back to our room around 1 pm and it was extremely hot so we bumped the a.c. down to lowest it could go in hopes when we got back it would make a difference. We got back around 6 and it had to be at least 80 in the room as it was 70s outside....

「If you'd l like a quiet, peaceful, quaint and cozy stay with Portland vibes, this is the place to book. I was so happy with booking this at the last minute. Trader Joes is right around the corner and so are restaurants and coffee. NOTE: There are stairs. No elevators. Make sure to clean after yourself. It is someone's home and it is like staying at a loved ones house. A pleasant experience if this is what you are looking for. Thank you, Tim and Robert for your assistance. I would definitely book...
