"Clean room . Staff were nice "

"Loved this place. Location is excellent and then hotel generally has a really nice vibe. The on site coffee shop and bar are both great and do amazing drinks. The rooms are basic but perfectly serviceable. Showers are hot and powerful. Beds are comfortable and amenities available. Only issues we had were that our room wasn’t cleaned as we were advised it would be halfway through our stay. We raised twice with reception but unfortunately it never happened. Despite this, I’d really recommend this place particularly as Shimokitazawa is such an amazing area of Tokyo. "

"The room was cozy and had all of the necessities one needs. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The Nakai station is a few minutes walking distance. Not bad for the price."

"This is a no frills Japanese Hotel. The room is small by western standards, but it was clean and comfortable the bathroom is a “Unit Bath” It contains everything you need but it won’t be what you expect. If you are “Plus Sized” in anyway: Height or Weight, you might not love it. Me at a little over 5’10”, 204lbs find it snug but workable. The Tub is actually designed for soaking. Anyhow, for the price, It was very nice."

"Opened in 2020 yet looked brand new, Room and everything in the hotel are beautiful and very well designed. However needing to pay to use the Spa and pool and must wear swim suite is a turn off as most hotel with public onsen let guest use for free. Breakfast is set and without buffet is also a minus. Very near to Takashimaya and Isetan Shopping Mall."
