"Very nicely done up property with everything you could need. Instructions to check in were very simple and owner is easy to contact if anything did go wrong. Would definitely stay again and would recommend over a typical hotel"

"Fabulous place , Jeff the host was so accommodating. A real hidden gem in the heart of the city. We stayed in the Linen suite and it felt like our own little 5* apartment. You also get 20% off all food and drink at the adjoining bar which was a bonus. "

"Love this hotel and the sister hotel the orchard. Super efficient welcoming, rooms are comfort the beds are the best always get great sleep here when we come for competitions at university if Nottingham. Breakfast good spresd, coffee could be better but nothing else to complain. My group hotels are my go to in Nottingham"

for my one night stay. The staff and Welcome at check-in were warm and friendly. When I arrived in my room, I noticed the sofa was broken, but this didn’t matter as I wasn’t going to use it because it was so late. The next morning the staff provided me with a goodie bag because they realise the sofa was broken. This was really appreciated. I hadn’t even mentioned the sofa!!"
