"Paramount Hotel Times Square was a great option for our stay. It’s centrally located near Broadway and Times Square making it an easy jump off point for anywhere you want to go. It’s steps away from several subway stations and was an easy transfer from JFK airport via AirTrain and the subway. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff members were pleasant and approachable with questions. The luggage storage was reasonably priced and convenient (just take cash to pay). I would definitely stay again when visiting NYC. "

"Was overall good but check in was a nightmare due to being understaffed it took over an hour with a lobby filled with arrivals. "

"This is a very small hotel unless you’re getting a suite I believe. The windows could use some dusting & more than likely you won’t have a view out the window but for the price and location you can’t beat it ! Rooms are definitely for sleeping and dressing couldn’t have a get together in there for sure "

"Found e good deal on a king room in lower Manhattan. Like most hotels in the area, the room is much smaller than you'd expect anywhere else, but for NYC you can't complain. Room was clean & hotel was safe. King bed was sagging pretty bad in the middle by the head of the bed. You could tell many people have had to sit up in bed and lean against the headboard for where the mattress was worn, but with only one office chair as an alternative, there's not a lot of options. Housekeeping did a great job as well."

"The ambiance is great! However they need more staff during the busiest hours and days the lines are long for a ready made breakfast. I ordered Champagne and strawberries with chocolate and whip cream I waited for over two hours from my scheduled time, I called down to the front desk several times while trying to enjoy our celebration. Very disappointed then magically the phone in our suite stopped working so I had to use my cell phone to call and cancel it. Drinks at both bars were great but be ready to spend. The staff at the restaurant and bar were great! The breakfast was not good however dinner was really nice and the chef came out and greeted us. The suite was lovely and clean, overall the hotel was clean and beautiful. The elevator was chaotic and had a line I want to note this was during Valentines Day weekend and one elevator was out of service so we had one to use to go up. I believe the other was being used for something not sure entirely. The parking garage is within walking distance and the hotel has a discount you can use upon checking out."
