“We chose this property for its size (4 bedrooms) and location (Wrigleyville) as we wanted to do some holiday activities in the area. The host had great communication regarding policies, procedures, check-in/out, etc. We were pretty disappointed, though, that the fireplace didn’t work despite it being listed in the property description.
